  • Seed Stage: Maximum investment size of $500,000
  • Series A Stage: Maximum investment size of $2 million
  • Seed investments are made via S.A.F.E. Notes (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), based on either the round valuation cap (if there is one) or a discount to the post-money valuation at the next priced round.

  • Post-MVP: You have developed a Minimum Viable Product and are actively in the market.
  • Accelerator Experience: You have completed a reputable accelerator or incubator program.
  • Experienced Team: Your core management team has a proven track record.
  • Post-Revenue: You have a consistent revenue stream and demonstrable client or commercial traction.
  • Investor Engagement: You are actively raising investment and have a clear plan for the next stage of growth.
